Heart

Sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson kicked out Led Zep-inspired van rock in the 1970s and blow-dried power balladry in the '80s.
Guitarist brothers Roger and Mike Fisher formed Heart in 1963. The band was first called Army, then White Heart, then Heart.
Before breaking big in America, Heart's 1976 debut album was a major hit in Canada.
Their influence on lady-rock is oft cited, but folks tend to miss the effect that their album art had on Ren Faire fashions.
