Jayne County
Famous more for her well-documented sex change than for her music, Jayne County's music is typical of what was coming out of New York City in the mid 1970s: a little Heartbreakers and a touch of Richard Hell. County and the Electric Chairs' melodic Pre-Punk just doesn't quite live up to the power and energy of their peers' bands.
