The Heartbreakers
Appropriately named, they were a New York City pre-punk supergroup who never quite made it happen. Their sound is derivative of the city in which they were raised and bands from which they came. Johnny Thunders' intricate yet powerful guitar carries the band through all its stumbles and falls.
